Aaron Bandstra NAMS-CMS has been working in the marine industry since 1999, first as a shipwright and later as a boatyard manager. In 2019 he began working under the mentorship of surveyor Matt Harris, NAMS Retired Life Member, benefiting from Matt’s extensive experience and thorough approach, later taking over the company when he retired. Aaron has some offshore experience, but mainly inshore sailing experience exploring Washington and British Columbia waters in his Scandinavian 32.
